School Health Clubs

Washindi School Health clubs are voluntary clubs formed and managed by school health club coordinators to promote good health practices and behavior change in the school and the surrounding communities.

Mentor Mama Program

Teenage and early pregnancy is viewed as a social issue that most of the time impacts negatively to the affected individuals and families for generations.

Kilifi County For Higher Education Program (KCHEP)

The program begun in February 2018. It targets school drop outs and form four leavers in the county in a goal to empower the lot to join institutions of higher learning.

Book Drive

An annual event bringing together primary schools in Kilifi county to participate in reading competitions for reading culture transformation in the area. To encourage learners to develop a culture of reading and overcome reading and literacy deficiencies.

About Us

Washindi Africa is non-political, non-profit youth led organisation founded in 2015 by youth volunteers in Kilifi, Kenya to empower the community on areas of health and education through health programs and education initiatives. In health programs we nurture and equip the community (Children, Youths, students etc.) with knowledge and experience.
